TRADING THE OPEN: Educational live training room

RULES & Terms of Service: You must read and agree to these before ordering. Violation of any will result in termination of your membership/subscription:

Per CFTC / SEC regulations:

+ We do not make live trades; all information is for papertrading use only.
+ We do not provide individual trading advice nor do we make trading recommendations of any kind.
+ Alerts are not buy/sell signals; they are published as impersonal, general educational content only to illustrate chart patterns.
+ We do not make any performance nor profitability claims of any kind.
+ This is not an advisory service, it is an educational content service.

1. You agree to not make actual trades based on the information presented, as all information is for educational / information use only (per regulatory requirements). No posting nor emails about real-money trading is allowed (or implied real-money trading); doing so is grounds for instant termination.
2. You will keep all information completely private for your own personal use only
3. All plans are recurring subscriptions.
4. No posting chat about your specific stops or wins; all info is for educational use only.
5. No refunds nor prorated/partial refunds are offered; all sales final.
6. There is no "parking" nor putting memberships on hold allowed (eg while you travel, or for any other reason); like a cable tv subscription your membership is continuous, whether or not you login every session. Do not contact us asking to put time on 'hold'.
7. Limit 3 brief posts per trader per session (or rare/occasional general questions). This is an alerts service, not interactive coaching and training (my premium courses offer that). This is for listening to live-market commentary and alerts with Ken, so that you can watch and learn how to trade; do not ask about tickers not being covered. This live room is a daily alert service designed to have me scan for and narrate entry/exit educational alerts. I cannot answer individual advice-related questions; all Q&A must be limited to general questions related to general impersonal topics I've already posted about. I do not give individual advice related to trading, per regulatory requirenments.
8. You agree to maintain a positive, professional tone when in the room.
9. You have read the FAQ/help page in its entirety and understand/agree with what's there. Most commonly asked questions and answers are there (updated regularly).
10. Once you receive your webinar links (posted in the member's area, updated weekly), you agree to login to the members' area and register using the gotowebinar link no later than each Monday night, midnight ET, prior to each upcoming Tuesday session (so we have time to review and approve your access each week).
11. Maximum one login per trader; no duplicate/double logins allowed. If we see multiple logins we reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately.
12. For the download area (if applicable), where we archive the once-a-month Saturday bonus webinars plus 9:30-10am morning sessions you agree to login from no more than 2 unique IP addresses (our security script checks this, and auto-disables logins if more than 2 locations are detected; to prevent unauthorized password sharing). Do not join if you need to login from multiple locations. If you need to travel, wait until you're at your main login location to login/download. By joining, you give us permission to track your IP address login information for security purposes. You agree to keep all information, including downloads, completely confidential, for your own personal use only.
13. No joining, leaving, and re-subscribing a short time later. If you join and quit after a few months, you must wait a minimum of six (6) months prior to re-enrolling. We do not want added administrative paperwork from indecisive traders who go back and forth with memberships. For example if you join in June, then quit in October, you can't rejoin until the following (October + 6 months) = April of the following year.
14. No sending in personal trading questions via email/support ticket. Due to the volume of email I get, I do not have time to answer individual questions; save occasional questions for the live room sessions.
15. Before joining, you agree to test out gotowebinar first, either at one of my free live
Saturday "Trading Week Ahead" webinars, or others, to make sure gotowebinar works on your computer. You agree to contact gotowebinar's tech support (not me personally) if you have any login or technical support questions. Use a single PC (or Mac) to login, no mobile devices like ipads or others. Limit your logins to a single pc, no multiple devices.
16. Do not unsubscribe from my main email list, unless you do not want to receive updates and live room access information. If you click 'unsubscribe' or 'do not contact' for any of my emails, it removes you from my email system (by law, due to can-spam compliance regulations). You can still contact me via support ticket at least 24 hours prior to any live room session if you need to get access, however, as an alternative.
17. Allow a minimum of 24 hours after you place your order, to get your live room access information email. Do not join the hour before the market opens Tuesday and expect an instant email within a couple of hours with your access, for example. If 24 hours have elapsed after the time you ordered and you don't see your welcome email, check your spam and trash email folders. If you still don't see it, contact us with your full name at least 24 hours prior to any session you don't have access for and we'll re-send it to you.
18. Failure to follow the rules is grounds for immediate termination of your membership. Limit logins to 1 computer (2 IP addresses maximum), lifetime, for the download area. Limit login for live room sessions to 1 single computer per session, limit posts to 3 per session maximum, login each weekend to the members area to find the upcoming gotowebinar registration and register no later than Monday each week, and contact gotowebinar's tech support not us for webinar-related technical support issues.
19. In the event that Ken has to be absent from running the room on rare occasion (estimated to be no more than 2-3 weeks each year) due to travel, technical issues or other reasons we will temporarily suspend the room and will extend your access time by an equivalent number of days upon our return. So if for example you are a member who joined in February and we need to travel during one week in November (eg to speak at a Traders' Expo, or for other reasons) we will extend your trading room access time by a week upon our return.
20. You are required to login to the member's area each week and register for the upcoming week's gotowebinar link using the email address you used when ordering by Monday night prior to each week ahead (since I need to manually check/approve each traders' access weekly). You agree to register with 1 email address only, the one you used when ordering, and if you have tech support issues related to gotowebinar you agree to contact gotowebinar (not us) for help. You must register each week using the link that's provided in the member's area no later than the Monday night prior to each upcoming Tue/Wed/Thursday live room week ahead.

Trading involves high risks and you can lose a lot of money. All information is for educational use only, no actual trades are being taken by presenter(s) nor should be taken by participants. Commission Rule 4.41(b)(1)(I) hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE IS RISK OF LOSS IN ALL TRADING. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. ALL RESULTS ARE HYPOTHETICAL.
