You must be a currently-subscribed member to view the members’ area you tried to access.
If you have paid for access to this service and are seeing this, contact us by using the support tab at lower left of this page. All services sold separately. Be sure to include your full name & the service you paid for, that you are trying to access. Also be sure to check your emails to find your most recent receipt & let us know when your payment was processed.
FAQ: I’m a paid member but can’t access my member area(s). When I click the menu button at top inside the members area (for SwingScans, TradingTheOpen etc) I get shown this ‘access denied’ page… help!
Answer: That’s normal during our new transition; you may need to contact us via support ticket and tell me what you are currently paid for, so that I can manually enable your access to your subscription areas in the new system. Allow at least 24 hours after you register & CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW YOU REGISTERED, for me to enable your access to your new subscription area(s), because I have to individually update your access here. Thanks for your patience.
Correct example of how to contact us: “This is John Adams. I’m a current paid subscriber to SwingScans and cannot login. My most recent payment went through 2 weeks ago on January 22nd. please help, thx!”
