Format:
Screencaps: Submit a clear chart of at least 600x400 pixels, with your question in either text or audio (preferred) format.

Video: Got a cell phone, webcam or screencap software?
Make a quick video of your question (maximum 2 - 3 minutes in length). Only show your chart, not your face or other personal footage (for privacy).
Ken will use your screencap/video and add his coaching feedback & tips to it in a video, and then upload it in the members' area for you and our other subscribers to download the video, watch and learn from.

Q: Are the video coaching responses different in SwingScans.com vs TradingTheOpen.com?
A: YES -- since we have many subscribers in each service, the trader video/screencap submissions and coaching answers are very unique to each site (sold separately).
SwingScans.com will have mainly swing trading trader videos + coaching, while TradingTheOpen.com is primarily intraday focused, for active day traders. Both are uniquely valuable.
Q: How long will coaching videos be available in the members' area for?
A: To keep content fresh, we'll keep the most recent 2 months' videos (only) in the download area.
This gives you plenty of time to login & download current videos.
Q: How can I screen-capture a chart?
A: Many charting programs have a built-in screencap feature. Or try a free one from here: http://download.cnet.com/s/screencap/
Personally I use 'snagit' (get a free trial version at http://discover.techsmith.com/try-snagit/
Send in jpg, gif or png format, at least 600 x 400 pixel size.
If you do send in a screencap, be sure to include your question in either text format, or audio.
Audio is much better, so we can all hear you ask your question. Send mp3 or .wav file. Or leave
a voicemail message (USA) w/your name & question at 888-414-5055 after emailing your chart.
Q: How can I make a video of my chart & question for you?
A: Try the free camstudio.org program, or use your smartphone. I use camtasia myself.
